Two-Piece Floating Rotors
Race-spec floating rotors — born on track, engineered for the road. The evolution of braking performance, crafted with Italian-inspired precision.
01 Origin
Veloce Fermati was founded in 2022 in Toowoomba, Australia, with a singular focus: engineering the highest-specification two-piece floating brake rotor systems available. While many manufacturers spread development across complete brake packages, we chose specialization over diversification.
The name — Italian for "fast stop" — captures our core principle: maximum deceleration with zero compromise. Our engineering foundation is built on real-world motorsport experience, working with GT3, GT4, and Radical race teams where braking performance under extreme conditions is not negotiable.
While our aesthetic draws inspiration from Italian motorsport heritage, our development happens on Australian soil and international race circuits. We remain committed to one product category: two-piece floating rotor systems. Not full brake kits. Not complete conversions. Just rotors — engineered to the highest specification, tested under race conditions, refined for road durability.
Our Focus
Two-piece floating rotor systems exclusively. We engineer one product category and engineer it properly — no dilution, no compromise.
Track Heritage
Development happens where performance matters: on track, under load, at temperature. Road refinement follows race validation.
02 Technical Foundation
Floating Design
Aluminum bell with floating iron ring assembly. Free thermal expansion eliminates warping and maintains consistent pad contact under all conditions.
Directional Slots
Cross-drilled and directionally slotted friction surface. Dual surface treatment maximizes gas evacuation and debris removal under sustained load.
Weight Reduction
Anodized aluminum center bell significantly reduces unsprung mass while maintaining structural rigidity and corrosion resistance.
Anti-Rattle Bobbins
Precision-engineered mounting bobbins eliminate brake noise and vibration while allowing controlled float between ring and bell assembly.
Value Retention
Economical replacement program with 50% discount on replacement rotors within 12 months. Premium performance without premium ongoing costs.
Direct Replacement
Bolt-on fitment with factory calipers and brackets. No modifications required. Maintains wheel clearances and ADR compliance.
03 Philosophy
Race-spec floating rotors — born on track, engineered for the road.
Veloce Fermati Core Principle
Every Veloce Fermati rotor system follows the same development path: track validation under race conditions, then refinement for daily use. We don't reverse-engineer race components for the street — we engineer components that perform at race spec and remain durable on the road.
04 Differentiation
Why Direct OE Replacement?
Many brake companies offer complete brake kits — calipers, brackets, lines, pads, and rotors. We took a different approach. Full brake system replacements are expensive, installation is complicated, and most modern street cars don't need it. Larger rotor upgrades often force bigger wheels, create compliance issues under ADRs, and still don't address the core limitation: single-piece rotor design.
Veloce Fermati engineers exclusively two-piece floating rotor systems that bolt directly to your existing brake hardware. You get race-spec floating rotor technology without the cost, complexity, or compliance concerns of a full system replacement. This specialization allows deeper technical refinement, better material selection, and more precise manufacturing tolerances than general brake kit manufacturers can achieve.
