WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship two-piece floating brake rotors worldwide from our warehouse in Guangdong, China. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us to confirm availability.


SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 business days to most destinations worldwide. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
  • Free shipping on orders over $500 AUD (or equivalent in your local currency)

Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx International, and other premium carriers as appropriate.

Tracking: All shipments include tracking. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.


PROCESSING TIME

In-Stock Orders: Ship within 1–2 business days from our Guangdong warehouse.

Made-to-Order Products: Production time approximately 2–3 weeks. We will confirm timing before you order and provide updates throughout production.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM China Standard Time (GMT+8) ship same business day if in stock. Orders after 2:00 PM ship the next business day.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. Customs charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority — we cannot predict or control these fees.

Refusal Due to Customs Fees: If you refuse delivery because of customs charges, see Refused Delivery below. No refund will be issued.

United States: For shipments to the USA, we pay applicable import tariffs on brake rotors (currently subject to Section 301 tariffs where applicable). State sales tax or use tax, and any carrier handling fees, remain your responsibility.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Provide a complete and accurate shipping address including street address, apartment or unit number, city, state/province, postal code, and a phone number for carrier contact.

Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees from address correction attempts are your responsibility.

Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address: You will be charged return shipping and reshipping costs to the corrected address. We will contact you before reshipping.


RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier in Guangdong, China.

After carrier acceptance, we are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages (see Lost Packages below)
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Transit damage is an exception: If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost under our Return and Refund Policy regardless of carrier liability. See Shipping Damage below.

Insurance: All international shipments include carrier insurance. We manage any carrier claims on our end.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. First scan may take 24–48 hours. Updates vary by carrier and destination.

Tracking Shows Delivered But You Did Not Receive:

  • Check with household members, neighbours, and building management
  • Check all possible delivery locations (front/back door, garage, mailbox, parcel locker)
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark delivered early
  • Contact your local postal service or carrier depot
  • Contact us within 48 hours — we will assist with a carrier investigation as a courtesy

Title and risk transferred to you at carrier pickup. Carrier claims for packages marked as delivered are between you and the carrier; we will assist where we can as a courtesy.


SHIPPING DAMAGE

Before Signing: Inspect packaging for visible damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, or refuse delivery. Photograph any damage immediately.

Reporting Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged packaging (all sides) and damaged product
  • Photo of shipping label
  • Description of damage

Retain all packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved. Late reports will not be accepted.

Our Response to Transit Damage: If damage is confirmed as transit-related, we will replace your order at no cost under our Return and Refund Policy. We provide a prepaid return label and cover reshipping. We manage the carrier insurance claim on our end — replacement is not contingent on the carrier claim outcome.

Manufacturing Defects: Covered under our 12-month warranty — see our Return and Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.


LOST PACKAGES

Not Showing as Delivered: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will initiate a trace with the carrier as a courtesy. Resolution depends on the carrier investigation outcome — title and risk transferred to you at carrier pickup.

Stolen After Delivery: File a police report and contact the carrier. We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.


DELIVERY DELAYS

The 5–10 business day estimate is not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, weather, carrier delays, remote destinations, peak seasons, or force majeure events. We are not liable for late deliveries, missed events, or economic loss from delayed delivery.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond carrier estimates, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.


REFUSED DELIVERY AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery for any reason including customs charges, the order is treated as a change-of-mind cancellation. No refund will be issued. If you subsequently wish to receive the goods, reshipping costs apply and must be paid before we reship.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Carriers make multiple attempts. If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, you will be charged return shipping and reshipping costs before we reship. No refund is issued for packages that were dispatched as ordered.

Carrier Unable to Deliver (Incorrect Address / Access Issues): If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or access restriction you are responsible for, you will be charged return shipping and reshipping costs to the corrected address.


RETURNS FROM INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Same terms as domestic orders. We only accept returns for the situations listed in our Return and Refund Policy: manufacturing defect, our fitment error, wrong item shipped, and transit damage. For all accepted returns, we provide prepaid return labels regardless of destination. We do not accept returns for change of mind or customer ordering error.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

  • Approved warranty claim: We cover all shipping for the return and replacement
  • 50% Replacement Program: Standard shipping rates apply — customer pays

HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS

Expect delays during Chinese New Year (January/February), Christmas and New Year (December/January), and other peak shipping periods. We will notify you of extended processing times where possible.


FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures due to pandemic or epidemic restrictions, natural disasters, war or civil unrest, government actions or border closures, carrier strikes, port congestion, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
